*This time can be used for anything you want e.g. add or edit content, add or change images etc. It also includes time spent over the phone responding to questions relating to WordPress and your website.

Note: Recovery of defaced or hacked websites is included in the Silver and Gold maintenance plans. Time taken to fix or restore the site will be subtracted from your current number of hours. Depending on the severity of the issue you may end up with a negative balance of hours.

Q: Why a website maintenance plan?
A: It is for those persons or organisations who would prefer to concentrate on running and building their businesses rather than getting caught up with all the technical details and mundane tasks of maintaining and managing their websites.

Q: What does technical support mean and what does it cover?
A: It means anything that you want done on your website such as adding/editing content or adding/changing images, etc. It covers any question that you may raise regarding your website and other related items such as hosting, domain name, email accounts, etc. Tasks that may require a lot of time e.g. more than 30 minutes will need your approval before being worked on.

Q: What happens to my unused hours at the end of the month?
A: The unused hours roll over to the next month and are valid for a year. This means that all unused hours at the end of one year are discarded. You will get a report each month with details of the activities done on your site as well as the usage of your allotted technical support hours. If you cancel your service these hours are cancelled as well.

Q: What if I exceed the allotted support hours for the month?
A: They will be charged at $90.00/hour in 30 minute blocks. If you exceeded your allotted time by 20 minutes you will be charged $45.00. If it is 35 minutes you will be charged $90.00.

Q: Can I cancel this service anytime?
A: Yes. You can cancel this service anytime by giving a week's notice. Once cancelled any surplus hours will be forfeited.

Q: Can I use my selected plan on more than one website?
A: No. Your plan is only for one website. Contact me if you are thinking of having more than one website maintained.

Q: How do I request for help?
A: Whatever plan you choose you will receive a dedicated email address you can send your help requests to. If it is an urgent matter you can call me using the mobile number above (top of this page).
